I had a feeling the new Green Arrow was a Queen… But, part of me was expecting another Queen.
But, both kids fighting for the city? What the hell you told those kids, Robert? Robin Hood stories at night?
This seemed pretty obvious to me, like from a few episodes into the season I fully accepted that it was going to be Oliver’s half sister under the hood. So no surprise for me there, however I am interested to see where it goes and specifically who her mother is?
In the comics Emiko’s mother is Shado which clearly won’t be the case in Arrow.
Will it be someone completely unknown or will they try and say her mother is Isabel? At this point my money is on Rochev although that wouldn’t make a lot of sense to the past storyline.
Robert was about to run away with Isabel until Thea got hurt and he decided to choose his family over love? So the idea of Isabel being pregnant and Robert still walking away doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.
Anyone else have any thoughts on Emiko’s parentage?
I don’t know about Emiko…
And, when it comes to the Green Arrow comics, I know the part where Shado is actually mother of one of Oliver’s kids. The name of their son was Robert and it’s not a happy story. Pretty dark…
So, since can’t be Shado maybe they’ll gonna change more things… Is not Isabel a bit too young to be mother of that girl? I don’t know her age, but she’s definitively not 10. hahaha
Thea was a kid when Robert was about to leave his family, so maybe… 15 years (or something like that) ago? So, maybe Isabel is not her mother… And, we all know Robert wasn’t a saint and the affair with Isabel wasn’t probably the only one.
@oliverdant wanna help with your knowledge?
Hi @nalla-madness thanks for tagging me
To tell you the truth, it’s the first time I think about Emiko’s mother on Arrow. Personally, I would love she is an interesting character like Lady Shiva or Cheshire but I have a hunch that the writers will not give her an identity of someone we already know or one from a major DC character. So let’s wait and hope for a good surprise
